Its been ages since I have used my fuji X-Pro1. I never did sell it, or swap it as I proclaimed I would in my last fuji blog entry.
When it came to the crunch I just couldn't part with the X-Pro1, I simply love it to much. Everything, warts and all. I love to just look at it sat on my desk as a piece of great design that inspires dreams of taking some amazing photographs (dreams that often don't come true haha)
So I have decided to take it out again, to try and get better at street photography, to walk around the city and capture some images that I like. I took it out the other day, here is an image, pretty much the only one I took. I think i spend to long sat in coffee shops looking at my X-Pro1 instead of using it. Taking photos of it on my phone rather than taking photos with it. I must stop using it as an accessory and start using it as a tool.
I saw this scene and had to grab a shot as I walked past. Its was just a nice moment of this little boy getting his tyres inflated at the Borraccharia here in Belo Horizonte MG Brazil.
